Internship Opportunities
Japan Society is sponsoring a Fall 2022 internship program starting in September 2022 for college and graduate students as well as recent graduates. The program offers part-time internships that provide a wide range of opportunities for participants to learn about non-profit administration in a cultural institution, obtain job market skills and experience, and gain an appreciation of Japanese arts and culture. While the internships are unpaid, Japan Society values its interns and provides the following benefits:
- Free admission for intern and a guest to New York City’s museums, zoos and gardens
- Free or reduced-priced admission to Japan Society’s programs and events
- Tuition discount for Japanese-language classes at Japan Society’s Language Center
- In-service training workshops for interns
